Refund & Cancellation Policy

Well Adjusted Alpharetta is committed to providing exceptional care and respect for every patient’s time. Because each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, we ask that you review and follow our policies regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and payments. These guidelines help us maintain a smooth schedule and ensure that all patients receive the care they need.
Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Notification Requirement: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or
reschedule.
● How to Cancel: You may cancel or reschedule by phone, text, or email. Please note
that cancellation requests made through social media will not be honored.
● Late Cancellations: If proper notice is not given, a cancellation fee may be charged.
● No-Shows: Patients who fail to arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment will be marked as a No Call, No Show and charged the full cost of the appointment.
Chiropractic Services
This policy applies to all:
● New Patient Appointments
● Chiropractic Adjustments
● Soft Tissue Services (including cupping therapy)
● Cancellation Fee: $60 for late cancellations or no-shows.
● Payment Due: All chiropractic services must be paid for at the time of service.
Wellness & Specialty Services
For specialty services such as therapeutic exercises, Graston Technique, or other wellness
treatments, the same 24-hour cancellation rule applies. Missed appointments or late
cancellations may incur a fee equal to the scheduled service cost.
Payment & Refund Policy
- Payment Timing: Payment is due at the time of service.
● Card on File: An active credit card must be saved to your account before services
can be rendered.
● Unsuccessful Payments: If payment cannot be processed, Well Adjusted Alpharetta
reserves the right to forward outstanding balances to a third-party collections service.
● Refunds: Because services are delivered at the time of appointment, all payments are
non-refundable. Exceptions may be made only in cases of billing errors or extenuating
circumstances, at the discretion of management.
Patient Responsibility
We encourage all patients to ask questions about pricing, services, or scheduling prior to
their appointment. By booking with Well Adjusted Alpharetta, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
